My exprience
Being a UX/UI designer is what I love doing most, and Lean UX principles guide my approach and way of working. My previous background in product and business development and product and design leadership often contribute to value in my assignments.
I enjoy working on projects that present unique design challenges. For example, at Savvy Match, I was responsible for designing the user interface for a job matching app. This project was particularly challenging to keep the ambitions on an MVP level but still within a user experience for the first launch.
At TRR, I am working on an application that helps people find new jobs or start their own businesses. This is an important application because it can help people change their lives for the better.
Independent UX/UI designer
I was like a kid in a candy store during my time at the company in our commitment to digitizing the restaurant industry. I got to work with some of the best minds in the industry, and we created some amazing digital services and products together, used by many brands and about 1 million consumers.
I was also responsible for using design thinking to ensure that we were building the right thing and conducting our UX design work. I was involved in researching, prototyping, and running tests with users and potential customers. We always wanted to make sure that we were making something that would simplify their lives and make their experience better.
The app makes it easy to find new volunteer assignments and keep track of your progress. It's been a great way to give back and make a difference in my community.
The restaurant industry is under pressure to digitize to remain competitive. This can be daunting, but it can ultimately lead to a more efficient and convenient experience for staff, guests, and restaurant owners.
As a product leader and UX designer, I have worked hard to create digital experiences, including online ordering, table ordering, and the restaurant business's back office. Products designed to make the restaurant experience more convenient for everyone involved.

At my previous company, I was responsible for strategic clients and projects. Part of my job was to ensure that products were both usable and appealing to consumers by implementing Design Thinking and Service Design principles. We were always looking for ways to make things more fun and creative for our users!
User feedback and data-driven decisions are essential for business success. It helps shape product development and improve customer satisfaction. I've had the chance to collect user insights through focus group interviews, surveys, and consumer behavior data analyses.
This information helped to create products that users want and need, resulting in increased loyalty and satisfaction. In other words, happy users mean a successful business!

The agile transformation is an exciting new development in the world of business. By adopting an agile approach, companies can achieve faster, more efficient results while having a little bit of fun along the way.
I was responsible for packaging the agile transformation appealingly and using effective marketing strategies to ensure our clients successfully adopted this new methodology. And let's face it - who doesn't love working in an empowered team, experimenting, iterating, and having fun while they work?

I applied these services to the market through service packing and sales, meeting the needs of customers who required experience and senior consultant expertise. I worked with ten main customers in different industries to help them achieve their business transformation goals through tech and digital initiatives.
I quickly realized that I loved the challenge of taking a user-centered approach to design. I loved learning about all the different ways to research and understand users' needs and then using that information to develop creative solutions that met their needs.
