Clarify the need

Paste your job ad, or a draft of it. You see what the role really needs, which wording is unclear or may put good candidates off, with better wording, and an interview guide with questions for each need.

The tool works only with the role and the ad. It never sees, assesses or ranks candidates: people make the decisions.

The ad is sent to an AI service (Claude by Anthropic) to write the analysis. Nothing is saved. Five uses are free; after that you can sign up with your name and email to keep using it for free.
