Review one candidate’s CV against the needs you have defined. For each need you get the evidence quoted from the CV, and questions to ask in the interview. No score and no ranking: you make the decision.

How it works, its limits and the rules it is built for

1 The role and its needs

Upload or paste the job description. The needs are taken from it, and you check and edit them before the review. You decide what the candidate is reviewed against.

Write them yourself, or get them from the job description above. Leave out personality labels such as “culture fit”, and anything about age, gender, origin, health or family.

Add a portfolio (optional, for roles where the work shows the skills)

Links to the portfolio or case pages, one per line (up to 3)

Only public pages can be read. Pages that need a login, or that are built mostly with scripts or images, may give little text: upload the portfolio as a PDF instead.

Your own reference for the candidate (optional, for example an application number)

Before the AI sees the material, the candidate’s name, contact details, ID numbers, links and personal-detail fields such as date of birth, family, nationality and health are removed. Nothing from the material or the result is saved.
