Led the end-to-end redesign of a complex time and payroll reporting service for the construction industry.

Mapped the needs and journeys of multiple user groups alongside legacy systems, collective agreements and regulatory requirements. Translated complexity into clearer reporting flows, validated designs through user testing and delivered development-ready Figma UI supported by a WCAG-based design system.

Created a more coherent interaction model and an accessible design foundation for implementation.

UX/UI Design · Byggföretagen How we simplified reporting across several companies and collective agreements As senior UX/UI designer, I led the design of Lösen, one reporting service for working time and pay that replaced several separate systems. I took it from research and workshops to user-tested UI for desktop and mobile, with a design system behind it. It works for several companies, collective agreements and user groups, without compromising the rules of the business.
