Together with two other concept developers, we set out to reimagine how parcels could be sent and delivered through lockers - creating a future vision that met consumer expectations, supported customer needs, and aligned with operational realities from first mile to terminal sorting and last mile. As new AI technologies opened up possibilities for handling parcels without barcodes, our work focused on understanding how these innovations could reduce friction while still accounting for the complexity of live production.

The initiative combined research, concept development, and operational insights to guide near‑term decisions and shape a long‑term direction for a smoother, smarter, and more scalable locker‑based sending experience from the sender to the receiver.

At Bilweb, I led the redesign of an established platform serving nearly 600,000 monthly car buyers and enthusiasts, acting as a marketplace for over 2,000 car dealers. My work focused on improving the overall user experience, strongly emphasising navigation, lead generation, accessibility, and conversion rates, as well as the mobile experience. I also laid the foundation for a new scalable design system, enabling a more consistent and efficient development across devices.

The redesigned tool unified multiple fragmented systems into one intuitive platform, making it easier for users to manage time and payroll reporting across companies and agreements. By streamlining workflows and improving usability, the solution reduced user confusion, empowered self-service, and laid the groundwork for fewer support requests. The new interface now better supports a wide range of users — from office staff to on-site workers — with a clearer, more efficient experience.

I contributed to user interviews and behaviour analysis to enhance TRR’s guiding content, uncovering a need for checklists, clearer overviews, and better tool integration. I helped design and prototype an organized content page with guides and streamlined access to tools, collaborating with specialists. After the usability tests, I iterated the design to improve the hierarchy and simplify page navigation to ensure a smooth handoff to developers, with a plan to track post-launch performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvements.

I conducted user interviews and surveys to uncover challenges with the matching profile feature, revealing a need for a more seamless experience. Using these insights, I mapped user journeys, created prototypes in Figma, and collaborated with the product team to simplify profile creation and updates. During implementation, I worked closely with developers, providing detailed specs and refining designs to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.

I led the research with a service designer to uncover company and user pain points, facilitated ideation sessions to drive creative solutions, and prioritized ideas collaboratively. I translated them into prototypes using Figma for user feedback loops, driving continuous improvements to refine the solution based on real-world insights.

I led research to uncover job seekers' challenges through interviews, data analysis, and ATS reviews, shaping a focused “How Might We” question for a design sprint. I facilitated ideation workshops, driving solutions aligned with user needs and business goals. During prototyping, I designed an intuitive tool to match job ads with user CVs, collaborating with developers to refine and test a functional prototype. This ensured the solution was user-friendly, technically feasible, and effective in real-world scenarios.

I collaborated with specialists to transform an existing tool into a more user-friendly digital service, refining user flows to enhance accessibility and effectiveness. I designed and prototyped a solution for aspiring entrepreneurs, continuously iterating based on user feedback. During implementation, I ensured design alignment through reviews and hands-on support. As we prepared for launch, I worked with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and cohesive messaging and a planfor how to continuously analyse user behaviour to identify areas for improvement.

I led research to gather insights into recruiters' needs for share functionality, analyzing collaborative tools like Figma and Miro to identify best practices in permissions, access control, and user flows. Based on these findings, I designed intuitive user flows and wireframes, ensuring seamless job post and candidate list sharing. I developed interactive prototypes to simulate the sharing experience and finalized high-fidelity designs that aligned with the platform, setting the stage for smooth implementation and enhanced collaboration.

I conducted customer research to identify onboarding pain points, focusing on payment setup, product addition, and menu organization. I collaborated with internal teams to uncover common bottlenecks and recurring challenges.

Using these insights, I designed, prototyped, and tested a self-service onboarding flow, simplifying account creation and sales channel management. Continuous feedback from stakeholders and users ensured a smooth and intuitive experience.

Based on key insights from the founder, which were fundamental to their business idea, I closely collaborated to transform their vision into wireframes and prototypes that promote bias-free recruitment. While designing the user flows, I also developed a design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and a cohesive user experience. Continuous refinement and feedback helped shape and enhance the final design.

I led customer and UX research to inform the design and integration of a loyalty program for the white-label ordering app. The study focused on understanding restaurant owners' and guests' needs and motivations, ensuring the loyalty features aligned with business goals while enhancing the user experience.

Through in-depth interviews and competitive analysis, I identified key drivers for engagement, such as personalized rewards, gamified challenges, and seamless reward redemption. These insights shaped the design of features that encouraged repeat visits and fostered brand loyalty.
